In this module, we will learn how to “walk the middle path” to strengthen and maintain interpersonal relationships by replacing “either-or” thinking with “both-and” thinking.  This will help us make informed decisions that will help uphold more balanced beliefs to replace thoughts that are either too rigid or too loose. This will help us to validate our reactions, while working on achieving more desirable outcomes to continue working towards a life worth living.
