In therapy, you can become empowered to own your narrative and build on your strengths. I look forward to hearing your story!

I provide a warm, nonjudgmental, and supportive atmosphere. we will draw from mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), psychodrama, and other tools to help you move forward.
