You can learn how to reduce stress and develop coping skills that can make your life better for years to come. We can work towards significant improvements in your wellbeing and the wellbeing of your family.

You can expect compassionate care with a focus on the mindbody connection and stress reduction. In addition to clinical experience supporting children, youth, adults, and families, I have additional training in somatic approaches, Polyvagal Theory and Internal Family Systems. Reducing stress can improve emotional and physical health.

I have always loved connecting with other people and listening to their unique experiences, and I feel incredibly fortunate to be able to make a career out of this. I believe we all have strengths and resources within us, and that the therapeutic relationship can provide a safe space to get curious about ourselves in order to better understand our emotions, patterns and responses. My goal is to support people in reconnecting with themselves, so they can live in alignment with their values and create more meaning in their relationships.

Therapy for you will draw from tools that help you overcome negative self-talk, build healthier communication, and break free of anxiety and depression. In therapy you can expect warmth, empathy, non judgment and very practical tools that can help you heal. Together, we will build an approach best suited for your goals and circumstances.
