Rebecca Ma

Rebecca is a Registered Behaviour Analyst and Board Certified Behavior Analyst on the Ontario Autism Program (OAP) Provider List who brings a wealth of academic achievement to her practice. Her educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, a Post-Graduate Certificate in Autism and Behavioral Sciences, and a Master of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Currently dedicated to furthering her expertise, Rebecca is pursuing a Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology to enhance her ABA skillset by providing a comprehensive understanding of human behaviour, assessment skills, therapeutic techniques, and a collaborative approach to treatment.

Rebecca possesses more than 12 years of practical experience in ABA including working one-on-one, leading social skills groups, and working in both small and large group settings with individuals of all ages from toddlers to adults across diverse settings such as homes, clinics, schools, daycares, and communities. Proficient in various teaching methodologies and assessment tools, Rebecca’s approach is characterized by creativity, adaptability, and a focus on fostering independence, blending an exceptional teaching style that is both creative and outside-the-box with evidence-based interventions and a compassionate model.
