About Susan Pike

Susan is a Registered Behaviour Analyst in Ontario and Board Certified Behavior Analyst boasting a Master’s degree in Applied Disability Studies with a focus on Applied Behaviour Analysis. Additionally, she is a Registered Social Worker with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers. For over two decades, Susan has devoted her expertise to delivering therapy, tools, and training to families with children facing various social, emotional, neurological, and psychological challenges.

Throughout her career, Susan has worked extensively with children and their families across diverse settings including Children’s Mental Health. Her specialization lies in Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA), where she seamlessly integrates her rich experience and comprehensive training. Notably, Susan excels in conducting assessments and crafting service plans that leverage effective evidence-based practices for children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder. She firmly believes in the power of collaboration with community partners to offer families a holistic approach to support. With extensive experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis, Susan excels in providing comprehensive training to both staff, parents and community partners, equipping them with the necessary skills and knowledge to support individuals with behavioral challenges. Her approach involves tailoring the training to meet the specific needs of each group, ensuring that all stakeholders are well-prepared to implement effective ABA techniques in various settings, while also empowering parents to apply these strategies at home. Through hands-on workshops, individualized coaching, and ongoing support, she consistently fosters an environment of collaboration and growth, enabling participants to confidently apply ABA principles to improve outcomes for those they support.
