What Will You Experience?

Session 1

Session 2

Psychoeducation on Anxiety

Session 3

Identifying Negative Thought Patterns

Recognizing the negative thought patterns that contribute to your anxiety is a crucial step. With a thought diary, we’ll document your anxious thoughts and the situations that provoke them, leading to deeper insight.
Session 4

Cognitive Restructuring

Implementing Exposure Tasks
