What is Parent Training & Coaching?
Parent training is a structured and supportive service designed to teach families the principles of Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA). It includes:
- Practical skills for reducing challenging behaviours
- Tools to increase independence and daily living skills
- Positive strategies to strengthen communication and connection
- Personalized coaching based on your family’s needs and goals
You’ll work one-on-one with our experienced clinicians to learn, practice, and apply these tools in meaningful ways.

2. Personalized Plan
We build a plan tailored to your needs, focusing on tools that match your daily routines.
3. Coaching Sessions
Virtual or in-person sessions to teach and practice strategies together.
4. Ongoing Support
Ask questions, get feedback, and adjust strategies as needed.
