Brianna is a Board-Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA). She earned her Master’s degree in Applied Disability Studies with a specialization in Applied Behaviour Analysis from Brock University, and also holds an undergraduate degree in Forensic Psychology.
Brianna has worked in the field of Applied Behaviour Analysis across a variety of clinical and community settings, supporting child, youth and adults with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), developmental exceptionalities, and behavioural challenges. Her clinical experience includes developing and supervising individual ABA programs, conducting skill-based behavioural assessments, training and supervising Supervised ABA therapist, and collaborating with parents, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to prompt meaningful outcomes.
Brianna’s approach is rooted in neuro-affirming practices that highlight neurodiversity, respect individuality, and focus on individual strengths. She understands the value in prioritizing family involvement across the therapeutic process, ensuring that goals are both meaningful and functional .
She is committed to tailoring evidence-based interventions to each learner’s strength and needs while creating supportive environments for skill development. With a balance of academic knowledge, clinical expertise, and compassion, Brianna brings a person-centered perspective to her work. She is committed to fostering meaningful skill development, promoting independence, and enhancing quality of life for the individuals and families she serves.
