Brianna holds a Master’s degree in Applied Disability Studies with a specialization in Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) from Brock University and an undergraduate degree in Forensic Psychology. Since 2020, Brianna has gained diverse experience supporting individuals from preschool through adulthood, demonstrating adaptability and a deep understanding of developmental needs across the lifespan.
Her professional background spans group homes, private homes, schools, clinics, and community settings. This breadth of experience has strengthened her ability to individualize interventions and collaborate effectively with families and professionals. Brianna is a strong advocate for multidisciplinary teamwork, recognizing the value of collaboration in achieving the best outcomes.
Clinically, Brianna’s approach is rooted in neuroaffirming practices that celebrate neurodiversity, respect individuality, and build on each person’s strengths. She prioritizes stakeholder and family involvement throughout the therapeutic process, ensuring that goals are meaningful, functional, and aligned with each individual’s priorities. Drawing on her research background in Behaviour Skills Training (BST), Brianna uses evidence-based strategies to support parent, caregiver, and staff training, promoting consistency and long-term success.
