Brianna Henry is a Senior Therapist and Registered BCBA at The Insight Clinic who provides direct ABA therapy, behavioural support, and autism-focused intervention for children, youth, and families. She works collaboratively with individuals and caregivers to build meaningful skills, increase confidence, support independence, and create positive change in daily life.
Brianna supports clients with autism spectrum disorder, neurodivergence, behavioural challenges, social communication needs, emotional regulation difficulties, self-advocacy, and skill development across home, school, clinic, and community settings. Her work often focuses on helping children strengthen communication, build meaningful relationships, improve daily living skills, develop coping strategies, and navigate real-life environments with greater confidence.
Brianna is especially energized by working with preschool-aged children and young learners. She enjoys supporting foundational skill development through engaging, play-based ABA therapy and natural-environment teaching. Her approach helps children learn and practise important skills in ways that are functional, meaningful, and connected to everyday routines.
As a Senior Therapist, Brianna uses evidence-based ABA strategies to support behaviour change, social communication, learning readiness, emotional regulation, and independence. Her approach is person-centred, neuro-affirming, individualized, and strengths-based. She works closely with families to understand each child’s unique needs, strengths, communication style, and behavioural goals.
Clients, families, and colleagues often describe Brianna as adaptable, thoughtful, collaborative, and deeply committed to helping clients succeed. One of her greatest strengths is her ability to individualize ABA therapy and behavioural support while keeping the focus on the client’s strengths, dignity, and long-term growth.
Brianna has experience working across preschool classrooms, schools, clinical centres, in-home therapy, and community-based ABA programs. She supports individuals from early childhood through adulthood and brings a strong understanding of autism, behavioural intervention, social skills development, caregiver collaboration, and functional skill-building.
For Brianna, client success means recognizing everyday progress, increasing independence, strengthening self-advocacy, and helping clients feel more confident in natural, real-life environments. She believes meaningful progress happens when clients are supported in ways that honour who they are while helping them build the skills they need to thrive.
Over the next year, Brianna aims to continue developing her clinical skills through supervision and ongoing professional learning, with a special interest in gestalt language processing and supporting diverse communication profiles.
Outside of work, Brianna enjoys spending time with family and friends, being outdoors, and participating in activities that support overall well-being and balance.
