Jamie Anson, BCBA, is the Chief Operating Officer at The Insight Clinic, where she helps keep services moving smoothly, teams aligned, and families supported through every stage of care. She works across operations, service coordination, scheduling, client flow, and problem-solving to make sure clients are matched to the right support and that the clinic delivers a consistent, high-quality experience.

Jamie is especially skilled at helping families navigate practical barriers that affect daily functioning, including service fit, scheduling, billing, and follow-through. She brings a solutions-focused, people-centered approach to operations and is known for listening carefully, communicating clearly, and helping break down overwhelming problems into smaller, manageable next steps.

What sets Jamie apart is her ability to combine structure with compassion. She focuses on meaningful progress, strong systems, and clear communication so that families, staff, and leadership can move forward with confidence. Her background as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), along with her experience in interdisciplinary coordination and family support, helps her see both the big picture and the day-to-day details that keep care running effectively.

Jamie enjoys working with children, families, and teams across a wide range of needs, and she is passionate about building services that are practical, responsive, and growth-oriented. She is also committed to strengthening collaboration across ABA, psychotherapy, assessments, groups, and developmental supports so that clients receive the right care at the right time.

Outside of work, Jamie enjoys spending time with her children, being outdoors, exploring the city, visiting museums, and discovering new restaurants and markets with her family.
