Shelley Jones is a Registered Psychotherapist with over 30 years of experience supporting adults through a variety of complex life challenges. She specializes in individual and couples therapy for clients aged 20 and over, with a focus on high-functioning anxiety, perfectionism, imposter syndrome, and significant life transitions such as midlife changes, career shifts, divorce, and the empty nest phase.
Shelley holds a Master’s degree and advanced training in evidence-based therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Narrative Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Therapy, and LENS Neurofeedback.
