With over 30 years of experience in the mental health field, Shelley Jones is a Registered Psychotherapist specializing in individual and couples therapy for adults aged 20 and over. Her practice focuses on helping clients navigate high-functioning anxiety, perfectionism, imposter syndrome, and significant life transitions such as midlife changes, career shifts, divorce, and the empty nest phase.
Shelley works extensively with individuals seeking support in building healthy boundaries, enhancing self-worth, and managing relationship challenges—particularly those involving parent-adult child dynamics or other complex interpersonal stressors. She is also passionate about guiding couples through issues related to emotional intimacy, trust repair, communication difficulties, and betrayal trauma, whether related to infidelity or other forms of emotional disconnection.
