Who We Help
The Insight Clinic provides assessment and treatment for children, adolescents and adults through two divisions:
We are built for people who need more support than a weekly session can offer: a team of clinicians working together, with care matched to each person’s needs. Every client begins with an assessment, and we only recommend care that the assessment supports.
Mental Health Services
Depression, anxiety, trauma, burnout, OCD and other mental health concerns, including workplace and car accident–related injuries.
Neurodevelopmental & Learning Services
ADHD, autism, learning differences and executive functioning, plus school readiness (preparing young children for the move into kindergarten and school routines) and school refusal (children and teens who are anxious about, or avoiding, going to school).

No. A physician referral is not required for most services. The one exception is Exomind TMS for treatment-resistant depression, which requires a physician referral confirming at least one prior medication trial.
