Effective Therapy for Children, Teens, Adults – Ages 3+

As a Counsellor with a focus on play therapy, I create a warm, nonjudgmental space where children can freely express themselves and engage in play that is meaningful to them. Play therapy can be effective in helping children with a wide range of issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, behavioral challenges, social skills development, and more. It allows children to develop coping skills, build resilience, and gain insight into their thoughts and feelings, empowering them to navigate life’s challenges with confidence and resilience.

I work closely with parents and caregivers as an important part of the play therapy process. I provide support, guidance, and resources to help parents understand and support their child’s emotional well-being, and to create a positive and nurturing environment at home.
My goal is to provide the highest quality of care to the children I work with, and to empower them to reach their full potential. If your child is struggling with emotional or behavioral challenges, play therapy may be a powerful tool for their healing and growth.
